This role focuses on maintaining a high-quality learning environment by ensuring the school grounds and facilities are well-maintained, compliant, and supportive of academic excellence.
Key Responsibilities:- Maintenance of Facilities: Delivering and collecting mail, parcels, and documents; recording and delivering messages; printing and photocopying; preparing classrooms for exams and activity halls, including rearranging furniture and seating;
- Inventory Management: Maintaining various registers; stocktaking and recording school equipment, furniture, and assets;
- Security Duties: Supporting security tasks at the school involving the use and maintenance of security systems; banking school funds; locking and unlocking buildings within core hours;
- Safety Protocols: Ensuring compliance with workplace health and safety requirements; managing equipment records; maintaining tools for repair services; bringing attention to any safety hazards.
