Performance Lead Opportunity

This role is part of our Career Comeback program within our Institutional Banking & Markets team. We're looking for an experienced professional who's taken a career break of two years or more and is looking to return to the workforce.

The program will provide you with the re-entry support and training you need to thrive. You'll have the opportunity to manage performance against the strategic agenda for the business and track activities against the implementation of strategy, planning and operations, financial management and risk management for a business area.

You'll work closely with our Quants, Data, Analytics and Technology team to enhance the maturity of the discipline through effective problem solving and knowledge sharing of best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage performance against the strategic agenda for the business
  • Track activities against the implementation of strategy, planning and operations, financial management and risk management for a business area
  • Enhance the maturity of the discipline through effective problem solving and knowledge sharing of best practices
  • Work closely with the Quants, Data, Analytics and Technology team

Requirements:

  • 2+ years career break and interested in returning to work
  • Manage complexity and change, solve problems, manage broad stakeholder relationships and operate with an enterprise mindset
  • Create and track workforce and financial management activity via forecasts, budgets, actuals and reconciliation
  • Exceptional stakeholder management, communication and influencing skills, capable of dealing with a range of stakeholders
  • Permanent Australian working rights and Sydney based
