Early Childhood Educator Opportunity

This role involves working as a Casual Early Childhood Educator in various childcare centers across the Sutherland Shire area. The successful applicant will be responsible for providing high-quality education and care to children, working collaboratively with permanent staff to implement age-appropriate programs, and maintaining a safe, engaging, and nurturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide a stimulating environment that promotes children's physical, social, emotional, and cognitive development
  • Assist with implementing educational programs and share children's participation and engagement with families
  • Establish and maintain positive relationships with children, families, and the community
  • Supervise children during activities and maintain a clean and organized work environment
Requirements:
  • Certificate III, Diploma, or ECT in Early Childhood Education and Care
  • Demonstrated ability to work within a team
  • Effective written and oral communication skills
  • Approved first aid and child protection qualifications
  • Current working with children check (WWCC)
