Job Title: Proactive Services Team Member

About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and physically capable individual to join our store team as a Trolley Collection and Store Cleaning operative. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and hygiene of our store, ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collect trolleys from designated locations in store and surrounding areas.
  • Complete scheduled and routine store cleaning tasks using various equipment and chemicals.
  • Assist customers with answering questions or providing directions.
  • Perform waste disposal tasks.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A can-do attitude with a willingness to take on physical challenges.
  • The ability to travel to and from your employing store.
  • Ability to work a rotating shift roster, including early starts, late finishes, weekends and public holidays.
  • Ability to stand for periods of time and lift loads between 5-10kgs.
