This challenging role requires creativity, continuous experimentation, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to transform Chronic Insomnia from concept to reality. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting market research, scientific analysis, and concept ideation to develop a deep understanding of underlying neuroscience mechanisms
  • Facilitating product discovery workshops, user research, and competitive analysis to identify unmet patient needs
  • Providing product leadership for internal and external technical teams and working with them to bring ideas to life
  • Developing business models and commercial go-to-market strategies
  • Influencing senior leadership and communicating the product vision, strategy, goals, status, and customer impact

We're seeking a seasoned Product expert with an interest in neuroscience and a knack for turning complex problems into actionable solutions. Your skills and experience should include:

  • A proven ability to implement design thinking, lean, and agile methodologies
  • A strong communicator and influencer
  • An ability to work effectively with teams across global and cultural differences
  • A quantitative mindset with experience delivering solutions that solve real business and user problems
  • A deep understanding of user-centered design, aligning product solutions with user needs
