Job Summary

The Cultivation Technician will perform manual labor to assist in the upkeep, stocking, and fulfillment of growing cannabis, including watering, feeding, pruning, cloning, cleaning, and transplanting. This position reports to the Cultivation Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Daily care of cannabis plants, including watering, pruning, and trimming, inspecting the plants for any signs of issues or problems.
  • Fertilizing and providing nutrients to the plants according to cultivation protocols and schedules.
  • Maintaining a clean and safe working environment, ensuring compliance with state regulations and company standard operating procedures.
  • Providing detailed information and support to the Cultivation Department as required.
  • Following directions and taking initiative to learn best practices of cannabis cultivation, horticulture, and greenhouse operations.
  • Performing general maintenance tasks such as sweeping, mopping, and cleaning plant housing devices and equipment.
  • Coordinating with other departments to ensure timely completion of tasks and projects.
  • Reporting any issues or concerns to management promptly.
