As a Curriculum Leader, you will have the opportunity to role model, coach, mentor, and engage in critical reflection with our exceptional team of educators. Together, we will craft enriching curriculums and environments that nurture the holistic development of every child.

About Our Childcare Service
  • We offer a unique learning environment for children from 6 weeks to five years old across 5 rooms and 3 outdoor play yards.
  • We utilise technology to enhance our communication with families about their child's development and foster active participation.

About You
  • You hold a Diploma in Early Education or a Bachelor in ECEC.
  • You have experience in a Lead Educator or educational leader role within childcare.
  • You are willing to support and guide the team.
  • You hold a valid Working with Children Check.
  • You have a current First Aid Certificate.
  • You are available to open and close when required.
  • You have knowledge of the Reggio Emilia Approach.
  • You have excellent communication skills.
