The Role

The Asset Systems Specialist will play a critical role in the development, implementation, and ongoing management of Asset Information Systems (AIS) across all Transdev Asset Management teams.

This position will be responsible for providing expert support for AIS project integration, training users, and maintaining the integrity and controls of the system.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of asset management data, IT systems, and related best practices, as well as experience with asset management software and database management.

Key Responsibilities
  • System Management and Maintenance: Provide support for the daily management of AIS across all Transdev business units.
  • Asset Tracking and Reporting: Update Technical Maintenance Plans and ensure associated maintenance requirements are available in the system to drive preventative maintenance and servicing activities.
  • Compliance and Risk Management: Work with local assets teams on the delivery of their AIS Program, ensuring it supports compliance with ISO55001 standards.
  • Data Integrity: Timely and accurate data entry to meet Assets Teams requirements.
