Job Description

We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of Business Intelligence Analyst, responsible for developing and maintaining business intelligence systems. The ideal candidate will have experience in data analysis, reporting, and visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar software.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and maintain business intelligence systems to provide insights into financial performance.
2. Analyze complex data sets to identify trends and patterns.
3. Create data visualizations to communicate findings to stakeholders.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Data Analysis and Reporting
The successful candidate will have experience in data analysis and reporting, with a strong understanding of data modeling and relational databases. They will be proficient in Microsoft Excel and have experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar visualization tools.

Financial Planning and Analysis
A background in finance and planning is essential, with experience in financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of financial concepts and be able to analyze complex financial data.

Communication and Interpersonal Skills
The ability to communicate complex ideas to non-technical stakeholders is crucial. The successful candidate will have excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
