About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Principal to lead our school community. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for establishing and maintaining a positive and inclusive school culture that promotes academic excellence and student well-being.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the development and implementation of school-wide teaching and learning programs
  • Collaborate with teachers to create learning environments that cater to diverse student needs
  • Build strategic relationships with local agencies and services to benefit school programs
  • Develop and implement evidence-based practices to improve student outcomes
  • Lead the school community in promoting cultural responsiveness and valuing the local Aboriginal community

Applicants must demonstrate a strong understanding of educational leadership and a commitment to promoting academic excellence and student well-being. A proven track record of leading school-wide teaching and learning programs and building strategic relationships with local agencies and services is essential.
