Technical Equipment Specialist

Service technicians play a vital role in the operation of automated packaging and processing equipment. If you have experience in food manufacturing, packaging, or FMCG, this could be an exciting opportunity for you.
About the RoleThis position involves maintaining, servicing, and installing electrical and mechanical equipment. You will travel to client sites to diagnose and rectify technical issues causing breakdowns, perform routine maintenance, services, rebuilds, and commissioning of new machines.
About the Skills RequiredTo succeed in this role, you should possess:
- Licence to practice as an electrician or trade-qualified mechanical fitter with restricted electrical license
- Fault finding and maintenance experience (low voltage)
- Ability to travel to client sites and work one weekend per month (overtime loading applies)
- Experience working with food manufacturing, packaging, or FMCG equipment
- Knowledge of motor, servomotor, and drive technology
This is a full-time, permanent position with a competitive hourly rate, company vehicle, fuel card, phone, laptop, and tools. It offers massive earning potential with 200% overtime loading.
