Job Title: Equipment Service Specialist

">Equipment Service Specialist

The Equipment Service Specialist will oversee the branch workshop and provide customers with an exceptional level of service through maintenance and repair of small motor powered equipment to high standards.

In this role, you will be responsible for providing expert technical assistance and support to customers, ensuring that their equipment is serviced and repaired efficiently and effectively.

You will also play a key part in supporting other branches within the network by utilising and/or repairing hire equipment between branches as required.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Proven experience in equipment maintenance and repair
  • Strong technical knowledge and understanding of small motor powered equipment
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
