Job Title

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Juju Software Engineer to join our team. This individual will be responsible for driving process improvement, assisting in team management, and developing colleagues with less experience.

Main Responsibilities
  • Design, delivery, and support of features in a highly concurrent, distributed system that drives cloud automation and software operations at scale.
  • Collaborate proactively with a distributed team to achieve common goals.
  • Debug issues and interact with upstream communities publicly, ensuring seamless integration and knowledge sharing.
  • Work closely with talented engineers, including experts in various fields, to drive innovation and excellence.
  • Catch and develop team members with less experience, actively contributing to building and maintaining a first-class engineering team.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of professional software delivery using Go, hands-on experience developing highly concurrent distributed systems, and excellent communication skills in the English language. Additionally, they should possess exceptional academic credentials and be willing to travel up to 4 times a year for internal events.
