Key Responsibilities- Route Supervision: Direct, supervise, and manage drivers and assigned routes to ensure efficient and effective delivery of services.
- Customer Service: Develop and implement strategies to optimize customer satisfaction and retention.
- Training and Development: Train new employees on equipment use, safety procedures, and driving hazards.
- Problem-Solving: Provide employee supervision and problem-solving support to resolve customer complaints and issues.
- Route Optimization: Assist in researching, analyzing, designing, and implementing routes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
- Safety and Compliance: Design and implement safety policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Reporting and Presentations: Create presentations and management-level reports to communicate key performance indicators and business results.
- Education: Bachelor's degree preferred, but equivalent experience will be considered.
- Experience: 2+ years of customer service, account management, delivery driving, and/or sales experience, as well as 2+ years of management experience.
- Skills: Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, and Excel), excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and ability to meet physical requirements of the position.
- Job Stability: Canadian Linen has been employing people for over 95 years in Canada.
