About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Industrial Services Operator to join our team in the WA Southern Region. As an Industrial Services Operator, you will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks related to industrial services, including high-pressure water jetting, vacuum loading, and manual cleaning.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate and maintain industrial equipment, including vacuum loaders and high-pressure water jetting units.
- Perform manual cleaning tasks, including cleaning of equipment and facilities.
- Conduct high-pressure water jetting operations, ensuring safety and efficiency.
- Load and unload equipment and materials, using vacuum loaders and other equipment.
- Accurately complete paperwork and reports, as required.
- Drive Veolia's 'Always Safe' Culture, promoting a safe and healthy work environment.
- Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer needs and concerns.
Requirements
- Experience in a hands-on labouring role, preferably in an industrial setting.
- HR Licence highly desirable.
- HPWJ use & HPWJ operate tickets desirable.
- Desirable tickets include Working From Heights, Dogging, Forklift, and White Card.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, written and verbal.
- Strong safety focus, with a proactive approach to improving safety and risk management.
- Motivation to learn and grow within a team environment.
- Respectful and a team player.
