Personal Care Assistant

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Personal Care Attendant to join our team at Albany Creek Retirement Village. As a Personal Care Attendant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality daily care services to our residents, promoting their independence and well-being.
The OpportunityThis is a permanent part-time position working a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends. You will be part of a friendly and supportive team, working together to deliver exceptional care to our residents.
Key Responsibilities- Provide safe and effective daily personal care to residents, tailored to their individual needs and care plans.
- Ensure all residents receive kind, caring, and respectful personal care that supports their choice and independence.
- Assist residents with tasks such as medical and personal support, domestic cleaning, and general administration duties.
- Support residents with recreational and social activities, promoting a sense of community and connection.
- Follow all Aveo OH&S policies and procedures, reporting any safety, security, and resident incidents.
- Certificate III/IV in Aged Care, Individual Support, Disability, or Health Services Assistance.
- Current First Aid and CPR certificate.
- Current Police Check clearance.
- Current COVID-19 vaccinations up to date.
