Key Responsibilities:

  1. Supervise and coordinate daily site activities to ensure projects run smoothly and efficiently.
  2. Provide leadership and hands-on support to a team of skilled tradespeople, promoting a culture of excellence and teamwork.
  3. Maintain high-quality standards and ensure safety protocols are followed at all times.
  4. Manage timelines, materials, and job site logistics to ensure projects are completed on schedule and within budget.
  5. Liaise with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
  6. Assist in the delivery of projects from start to finish, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  1. Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience in residential construction, with a strong background in carpentry and/or a Builders License.
  2. Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  3. High attention to detail, with a focus on quality and safety.
  4. Current driver's license, with the ability to work Monday to Saturday.
