Hiring Home Support Workers

We are seeking experienced and compassionate home support workers to join our team. As a home support worker, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and assistance to clients in their own homes.
- Providing personal care and daily living support to clients, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation.
- Assisting clients with mobility and transferring, using equipment such as walkers or wheelchairs.
- Preparing healthy meals and snacks for clients, considering dietary needs and restrictions.
- Maintaining a clean and safe living environment for clients, including laundry and household chores.
- Transporting clients to appointments, social events, or other activities.
Requirements:
- A current First Aid and CPR certification.
- A valid driver's license and reliable vehicle.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including mornings, afternoons, and evenings.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust with clients and families.
