Director of Infrastructure Projects
About the Role:- Leads Health Infrastructure's property activities and strategy for major capital works.
- Responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of projects that transform healthcare for millions of people.
- Manages a team of property specialists and collaborates with capital project teams and partners to acquire land, secure site access, and establish third-party agreements.
- Provides strategic and operational property advice and reports on property risks, opportunities, and activities across NSW.
You are an accomplished and experienced property professional with extensive experience in property development and government land acquisition. A confident leader, you know how to manage and motivate teams to deliver outstanding results.
Highly capable of forming strategic relationships with senior executives, government stakeholders, and industry networks. Your strengths include exceptional communication, strong negotiation skills, and self-awareness, with a solutions-focused approach.
