About the Role

This is an exceptional opportunity to lead a stable, passionate, and committed team in delivering person-centred care. You will be supported by a dedicated leadership team, including Care Managers, Administration Manager, and nurses and carers.

You'll foster a culture of warmth, respect, and excellence, driving continuous improvement in clinical outcomes and resident experience. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Leading multidisciplinary teams to deliver person-centred care
  • Ensuring compliance with Aged Care Quality Standards and Accreditation requirements
  • Driving continuous improvement in clinical outcomes and resident experience
  • Operational planning, budgeting, and resource management
What We're Looking For

We are seeking a compassionate and experienced leader in aged care who can drive quality improvement and community engagement. Key qualifications and skills include:

  • Bachelor of Nursing or equivalent tertiary qualification
  • Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
  • In-depth knowledge of aged care legislation, quality standards, and AN-ACC processes
  • Proven leadership in aged care operations, including rostering and financial oversight
