National Facilities Operations Director

As a key leader in our organization, the National Facilities Manager plays a pivotal role in ensuring the safe and compliant operation of our facilities. This position is responsible for planning, coordinating, and delivering maintenance services across our national portfolio of sites.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement strategic maintenance plans aligned with business objectives.
- Ensure all facilities meet safety, compliance, and operational standards through effective risk management.
- Manage contractor relationships, onboarding, and performance against key performance indicators (KPIs) and service level agreements (SLAs).
- Oversee budgets and capital planning to drive cost-effective outcomes and support business growth.
- Lead audits, compliance checks, and risk assessments across all facilities to ensure regulatory adherence and minimize liability.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to resolve issues proactively and drive innovation in systems, processes, and service delivery.
- Formal trade qualification and/or business degree in a relevant field (preferred).
- Proven experience in facilities or maintenance management across multi-site operations.
- Strong understanding of compliance, safety standards, and contractor management.
- Excellent project management and budgeting skills.
- Ability to influence and build relationships at all levels.
- A proactive mindset with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement.
