Warehouse Manager Opportunity

We are seeking a results-driven Warehouse Manager to coordinate day-to-day operations, supervising teams and driving site goals.

The primary purpose of this role is to lead warehouse operational tasks including receipting, inventory management, order picking, customer order packing, and freight consignment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive continuous improvements in safety, service, and productivity through effective team leadership.
  • Manage labour performance, taking action to ensure targets are consistently achieved.
  • Recruit, onboard, and train new employees, providing clear guidance and feedback.
  • Coach and mentor the warehouse team, identifying opportunities for career development and succession planning.
  • Conduct performance development planning with direct reports, ensuring a safe working environment and promoting Work Health & Safety compliance.
Requirements
  • 2+ years experience in a fast-paced role, with previous leadership experience desirable.
  • Warehouse experience and/or exposure to industrial products preferred.
  • Forklift licence and high reach experience essential.
  • Strong computer skills and experience with MS Dynamics highly regarded.
