At our preschool, we are seeking a dedicated and passionate Early Childhood Teacher to contribute to the development of our educational program. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and be able to foster positive relationships with children, families, and community members.
- Contribute to the planning, implementation, evaluation, and reflection of the educational program for the children.
- Provide high-quality education and care to support and facilitate learning outcomes in accordance with national standards and frameworks.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships that support children, families, and community members.
- Facilitate play-based learning environments that cater to children's interests, strengths, and abilities.
- Guide and support educators to implement programs and philosophies that align with our vision.
Requirements:
- Qualifications: Bachelor Teaching/Education (Early Childhood)
- Experience: Minimum 2 years' experience working as an ECT (experience working as educational lead advantageous)
- Understanding: Strong understanding of national quality framework and early learning framework
- Skills: Excellent communication skills to work effectively with colleagues, families, and community members
- Attributes: Ability to be adaptable, empathetic, and resourceful, embodying our values of compassion, respect, imagination, and boldness
