Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Retail Operations Manager to join our team at The Reject Shop. As a key member of our retail family, you will be responsible for assisting in the day-to-day operations of our Kalgoorlie store, ensuring a safe and enjoyable shopping experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operations Management: Assist in the management of store operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and product displays.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and motivate our sales team, fostering a positive and energetic work environment.
  • Customer Service: Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring every customer's visit is memorable and enjoyable.
  • Problem-Solving: Resolve challenges and make quick, effective decisions to drive business results.
  • Sales Strategy: Contribute to the development and execution of sales strategies to achieve and exceed targets.
  • Store Safety: Ensure a safe environment for our customers and team members.
  • Business Objectives: Deliver business objectives and contribute to the growth and success of The Reject Shop.
