Key Role: OSHC Assistant Coordinator

About the Position
  • You will be responsible for supporting local families by providing high-quality before and after school care and holiday programs for their child.
  • You will receive comprehensive training and ongoing support to ensure your success in the role.
  • You will be expected to create engaging programs using industry-leading tools, manage compliance documents, and perform other administrative tasks.
  • You will be the face of the organization within the school community, building strong relationships with parents, teachers, and other stakeholders.
  • You will mentor and develop your team of educators, helping them to grow professionally and personally.
  • You will work closely with your Area Manager to roster for your service and ensure seamless operation.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in the childcare or OSHC industry is essential.
  • A Certificate 3 in Early Childhood Education and Care is mandatory.
  • A valid Employee Working with Children's Check is required.
