Role Overview

The ideal candidate will have a passion for finance and sports, with experience in accounting and financial operations. We're looking for an ambitious professional to join our dynamic team and support our finance operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare monthly cash flow forecasts and compliance reports;
  • Manage payroll processes, including reconciliations and statutory obligations;
  • Drive the month-end process, ensuring balance sheet reconciliations, general ledger maintenance, and fixed assets are up-to-date;
  • Support quarterly and annual reporting requirements to governing bodies;
  • Provide financial guidance to stakeholders across the business, ensuring best practice processes and controls are in place;
  • Assist with audits, statutory accounts, and ad-hoc finance projects that add value;
Requirements:
  • A bachelor's degree in accounting and a professional certification such as CA or CPA;
  • At least 3-4 years of experience in a similar role within a fast-paced environment or public practice;
  • Solid skills in Microsoft Excel and accounting systems, particularly Dynamics 365 and CRM;
  • A problem-solver with a proactive, collaborative, and organized approach;
  • Someone who takes ownership, meets deadlines, and enjoys helping others succeed.
