About the Role:
The Clinical Process Optimization Specialist will work closely with radiologists, clinical staff, and IT teams to understand system requirements and identify opportunities for improvement. Key responsibilities include collaborating with stakeholders to gather and document workflow requirements, proposing improvements based on technological innovations and evolving clinical needs, and working with IT teams to define and implement system configurations and custom features.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will have demonstrated experience working with healthcare IT systems in radiology, including configuration and management of radiologist reporting systems. You should also have strong experience in gathering and documenting user requirements, translating them into actionable product features and system configurations.
