About this role

We're looking for an experienced Product Design and Engineering Project Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving multiple projects with multiple designers and engineers, ensuring clear communication, project momentum, and successful outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with the product design team to develop projects and their requirements.
  • Break down projects into understandable milestones/subgoals to ensure teams are working on the right goals at the right time.
  • Determine project resourcing and assign tasks to team members.
  • Build team morale through strong rapport, clear communication, and shared purpose.
  • Maintain project momentum by checking in regularly, identifying blockers, and helping to resolve them.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in project management or a related field.
  • Proven ability to work with cross-functional teams and drive projects to successful outcomes.
  • Strong understanding of product design and engineering principles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
