Anton Murray Consulting is representing a prominent global financial services firm that is in search of project analysts with over 3 years of experience to become a part of their risk and compliance project team. This pivotal position involves collaborating with seasoned risk and compliance experts to implement remediation risk initiatives effectively.

We are looking for candidates who have a background as a PMO analyst, project manager, or similar roles, preferably with expertise in Risk and Compliance within Custody, Managed Investments, Corporate Trust, or Asset Management sectors.

The PMO Analyst will play a crucial role in ensuring the project progresses efficiently, adhering to budgetary constraints and timelines, while engaging with project team members to collect, analyze, and oversee project data.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support and enhance the current project infrastructure and processes across various project teams, including maintaining the project schedule and RAID logs.
  • Assist the Program Head in the governance and oversight of the Program, including regular reviews of financial tracking against budget and actual expenditures.
  • Facilitate program reporting to key stakeholders and governance bodies, coordinating the Steering Committee's agenda, materials, and minutes.
  • Provide timely and effective written and verbal communications to all project stakeholders through status reports, meeting notes, and project documentation.
  • Collaborate closely with Quality Assurance, Project, and Change managers to ensure timely project execution and completion.
  • Enhance and maintain the project schedule within a project management tool.

Required Experience:

  • A bachelor's degree in project management or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience as a PMO analyst, project manager, or in a comparable role.
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies, processes, and tools.
  • Ability to analyze complex data sets and make informed decisions based on analytical insights.
  • Exceptional program coordination and administrative skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
