Project Management Office Analyst

Anton Murray Consulting is seeking a highly skilled Project Management Office Analyst to join their team in Melbourne or Sydney. As a key member of the risk and compliance project team, you will work collaboratively with experienced professionals to deliver remediation risk programs.

About the Role

This is a key role within the business, requiring a strong understanding of project management strategies, processes, and tools. You will be responsible for ensuring the project is running smoothly, on budget, and on time, liaising with project team members to gather, analyze, and monitor project data.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain and support the adoption of existing project infrastructure and processes across the wider project teams, including project schedules and RAID logs.
  • Assist the Program Head in oversight and governance of the Program, including periodic review of finances, tracking budget and actual spend.
  • Support program reporting to key stakeholders, governance oversight bodies, and coordinate Steering Committee agenda, material, and minutes.
  • Deliver regular and timely written and verbal communications to all project stakeholders through status reports, meeting notes, project charts, and RAID logs.
  • Work closely with Quality Assurance, Project, and Change managers to ensure timely execution and completion.
  • Uplift and maintain project schedule into a project management tool.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in project management or a similar field.
  • 3+ years' experience as a PMO analyst, project manager, or a similar role.
  • Excellent knowledge of project management strategies, processes, and tools.
  • Ability to analyze complex data and make decisions based on analytical findings.
  • Strong program coordination and administration abilities.
  • Solid communication and interpersonal skills.
