Education Portfolio Manager

Deliver high-quality training and education programs to healthcare professionals across multiple portfolios.
As a key leader, you will collaborate with stakeholders to design and develop the education portfolio, reviewing processes and procedures for efficiencies and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and manage comprehensive education programs for clinical and non-clinical staff.
- Review and implement process improvements to enhance the overall effectiveness of our education program offerings.
- Facilitate the creation of learning courses addressing staff skills gaps.
- Collaborate with stakeholders on the development of new programs arising from internal review and audit recommendations.
- Work with the education team to transform complex information into engaging educational content.
- Review the effectiveness of our graduate programs, seeking opportunities for improved efficiency.
- Provide leadership and guidance to the education team members.
- Previous experience in an expert role within a learning or clinical education function.
- Demonstrated expertise in assessing learning needs and developing learning solutions.
- Experience in managing multiple stakeholders with competing priorities.
- Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and methodologies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
