We are seeking a highly skilled Education Manager to lead our education portfolio across four hospitals.

About the Role

This is a full-time permanent position working primarily out of our Brisbane CBD office as well as visiting our Hospital locations. This role offers flexibility to work from home and is pivotal in ensuring consistent training and education to clinical and non-clinical portfolios.

The successful candidate will have:

  • Previous experience in a similar expert role within a learning or clinical education function, providing subject matter advice to employees and leaders as required
  • Demonstrated experience in assessing learning needs and developing learning solutions
  • Experience in managing multiple stakeholders with competing priorities
  • Expert knowledge of hospital accreditation standards
  • Excellent stakeholder management and project management skills
  • Proven ability to lead teams through process improvement and change initiatives
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
