We are seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to join our team. As a Senior Occupational Therapist you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse caseload of developmental and acquired disabilities across the lifespan.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments and design impactful therapy plans in diverse environments from participants homes to day centres parks and even at the beach.\
  • Build enduring relationships with clients and witness the lasting impact of your work.\
  • Innovate and Collaborate Work with a multidisciplinary team to develop new treatment approaches and overcome professional challenges.\
  • Maintain accurate records and reports.\
  • Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders.\
  • Foster a positive working relationship with colleagues.\
  • Participate in ongoing professional development.\
  • Comply with relevant laws and regulations.\
  • Safeguard confidentiality and maintain professional boundaries.\
  • Perform other duties as required.\

Requirements:

  • \
  • Full AHPRA registration as an Occupational Therapist limited registration may be considered on a case-by-case basis.\
  • A valid driver's license and personal vehicle.\
  • An NDIS check Working with Children Check and Police Check or willing to obtain.\
  • A minimum of five years experience within a community-OT role.\
  • Previous experience supervising students new grads or early-career OTs.\
