Occupational Therapist - Mandurah

Our Occupational Therapist will play a pivotal role in providing community-based occupational therapy services to individuals with disabilities across the Mandurah and Rockingham regions.

The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for delivering high-quality, patient-centered care, and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills. We are seeking a motivated and flexible individual who can work effectively in a dynamic environment and build meaningful relationships with clients, families, and healthcare professionals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough assessments and develop personalized therapy plans to promote independence and participation in daily activities.
  • Deliver evidence-based interventions in diverse settings, including homes, day centers, parks, and beaches.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care and support for clients.
Requirements:
  • Full AHPRA registration as an Occupational Therapist.
  • A valid driver's license and personal vehicle.
  • NDIS check, Working with Children Check, and Police Check (or willing to obtain).
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a community-OT role.
  • Previous experience supervising students, new graduates, or early-career OTs.
