Job Description

We are seeking an individual to join our Home and Community Care team, providing community-based care programs that assist our aged customers to continue to live independently in their own homes.

The role involves delivering personal care to our community clients, including showering, dressing, toileting, and assisting with administration of correct medication. You will also provide domestic assistance, transport, and social support.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about delivering person-centred care and has the skills and experience required for this role.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Personal care, including showering, dressing, continence care
  • Assist customers with administration of correct medication
  • Assist customers with domestic duties, meal preparation and other household tasks
  • Social Support, including transport to shops or appointments

Requirements:
  • Current Australian driver's license and reliable car - essential
  • Certificate III Aged Care - desirable
  • Current First Aid certification - desirable
  • Previous experience working in the Community - desirable
