Café / Restaurant Supervisor

We are seeking passionate and reliable individuals to fill a Café/Restaurant Supervisory role in various venues at Melbourne Airport.

As an individual, you will be a hands-on, dynamic personality who is capable of working independently with general direction.

You will be self-driven, an influential, proactive leader, comfortable in directing & managing young teams. Your strong availability 7 days a week from 5am until 1am will ensure consistency of service quality throughout the venue.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage teams to achieve business objectives
  • Mentor and develop team members to enhance their skills and performance
  • Ensure consistency of service quality across all shifts and venues
  • Provide exceptional customer service to maintain a positive reputation
