">About the Role
">We are currently seeking an Election Operations Coordinator to join our team. As an Election Operations Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating the logistics of elections, including managing polling staff, ensuring electoral procedures are followed, and supervising staff at polling locations.
">The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work well under pressure. You will also have strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders and manage competing priorities.
">Key Responsibilities
">- Coordinate the logistics of elections, including managing polling staff and ensuring electoral procedures are followed
- Supervise staff at polling locations, providing guidance and support as needed
- Manage competing priorities and deadlines, maintaining a high level of productivity and accuracy
- Build relationships with stakeholders, including voters, poll workers, and election officials
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
Requirements
">To be successful in this role, you will need:
">- A high school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders
- Attention to detail, with the ability to maintain accurate records and reports
- A valid driver's license (or ability to obtain one)
