About the Role



We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Election Operations Specialist.



As an Election Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of polling places across Western Australia. This includes coordinating with local authorities, managing election resources, and supervising staff.



You will work closely with the Returning Officer to ensure that all electoral procedures are followed and that the voting process runs smoothly.

About You




  • You have excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work well under pressure.
  • You are highly detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • You have experience working in a fast-paced environment, preferably in a customer-facing role.
  • You are proficient in Microsoft Office and have strong analytical skills.
  • You are passionate about making a difference in your community and contributing to the democratic process.

  • A competitive salary of $80,000 - $100,000 per annum, depending on experience.
