As a key member of our organization, the Employment and Development Specialist will oversee employment policies and procedures, payroll, employee recognition initiatives, workplace safety protocols, recruitment, performance management, wage reviews, disciplinary processes, and learning and development programs for all team members.

The Role

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in human resources or a related field
  • Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and HR software
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
