The Project Officer role presents an exceptional opportunity to contribute to a collaborative project focused on enhancing access to culturally sensitive cancer care for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities within the Barwon region.

About the Project
The Project Officer will be responsible for delivering partnerships for the Culturally Safe Cancer Care Project in collaboration with the Wathaurong Aboriginal Cooperative. This project aims to improve access to culturally appropriate cancer care for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people attending Barwon Health, Colac Area Health and Great Ocean Road Health.

Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Delivering partnerships for the Culturally Safe Cancer Care Project.
- Collaborating with the Wathaurong Aboriginal Cooperative to improve access to culturally appropriate cancer care.
- Working closely with the project team to achieve project objectives.
