About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Licensed Plumber Tradesperson to join our Assets & Facilities team at City of Newcastle. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing the licensed plumbing component of our comprehensive service offerings to our built assets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the delivery of building construction and maintenance projects, including planning, estimating, procurement of labor, plant, and material resources.
  • Supervise subcontractors, apprentices, and volunteers, ensuring safe practices and adherence to WHS responsibilities and accountabilities.
  • Collaborate with our Building Trade Services Coordinator to ensure seamless service delivery.
