Job Title: EME Governance Manager

At Singtel Optus, we're committed to innovation and excellence in our EME management practices. We're seeking a highly skilled EME Governance Manager to join our team and ensure regulatory compliance across our operations.

About the Role

The EME Governance Manager will be responsible for providing technical EME compliance expertise across the business, ensuring alignment with regulatory requirements, and providing governance to procurement and site solution design planning. This role will also involve leading EME regulatory compliance practices, undertaking audits and inspections, and representing Optus in industry and regulatory forums.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical EME compliance expertise to the business
  • Ensure regulatory compliance with all EME requirements
  • Provide EME compliance governance to procurement and site solution design planning
  • Lead EME regulatory compliance practices
  • Undertake audits and inspections
  • Represent Optus in industry and regulatory forums
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications, IT, or Electronic Engineering
  • Confirmed technical experience in EME/RF in a telecommunications environment
  • Superior understanding of EME legal frameworks
  • Understanding of 2G/3G/4G/5G network architecture
  • Solutions-based approach with deep subject matter expertise
