About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Housekeeping Attendant to join our team at Ingenia Communities. As a key member of our housekeeping team, you will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene in our facilities.

Your primary duties will include:

  • Cleaning and sanitizing rooms, common areas, and equipment to ensure a safe and healthy environment for our guests and staff.
  • Restocking linens, toiletries, and cleaning supplies as needed.
  • Emptying trash and recyclables and transporting waste to designated areas.
  • Ensuring all appliances and equipment are clean and in good working order.
  • Removing expired food from refrigerators and freezers.
  • Replenishing supplies in rooms and common areas.
  • Disinfecting equipment and supplies as required.
  • Observing and reporting any damage, theft, or found articles to the Site Manager.
  • Maintaining storage areas in a clean and organized manner.

We are looking for someone who is:

  • Practically experienced in cleaning and housekeeping roles.
  • Familiar with working in a similar industry.
  • Able to work with minimal supervision.
  • Excellent at providing customer service and interacting with guests.
  • Well-organized and detail-oriented.
