Your Day:
As Village Manager, you'll be responsible for leading a passionate team, shaping a warm and welcoming environment where residents and staff feel connected, supported, and proud to be part of the community.
You'll drive exceptional customer service and collaboration across the village, establishing a vibrant and welcoming ambiance and community for residents and staff.
You'll identify and implement training and professional development for the Team, providing clear, supportive direction to the residents and Team.

- Ensure the village complies with relevant regulations, including fire safety, occupational health and safety and privacy laws
- Be an approachable point of contact for staff, residents and their families
Your Qualifications:
- Excellent people management skills with the ability to lead, motivate, and develop teams
- Strong financial acumen with demonstrated experience in budgeting and financial reporting
- Proven experience in asset management, ideally within property, facilities, or retirement living
- A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with a commitment to resident wellbeing
- Experienced in operational management, with strong organisational, consultative and negotiation skills
- Have excellent computer skills (confident with the use of Microsoft Office Suite and various online applications)
- Resilient and a problem-solver who can think on your feet and handle challenges with grace
- CUSTOMER-CENTRIC, always putting the needs and satisfaction of residents first
- A people person with a genuine love for working with seniors
- Compassionate, with a deep understanding of the unique needs of independent living seniors
