As a key player in our organization's digital transformation strategy, the Enterprise Transformation Specialist will be responsible for leading business growth and innovation initiatives.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in enterprise architecture, with experience working within ICT or associated disciplines.

They will possess strong collaboration and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to develop strategic solution designs and roadmaps that align with business objectives.

Additionally, they will work closely with Agile delivery teams to define business solution concepts and translate service design outcomes into deliverable technology components.

Key responsibilities include collaborating with cross-functional teams, engaging stakeholders, coordinating application and data architects, and developing internal and external relationships.

  • Minimum 5 years experience working as an Enterprise Architect and 10 years experience working within ICT or an associated discipline.
  • Proven ability to operate effectively in complex and changing ICT and business environments.
  • Demonstrated abilities to deliver sound strategic advice and enterprise architecture artefacts to inform decision making and program delivery.
