As a Care Service Employee at BaptistCare, you will be working in a dynamic and supportive environment, providing person-centred care to older people. Reporting to the Residential Manager, you will be responsible for assisting with a wide range of care activities, including medication administration, simple wound dressing, and assisting with activities under supervision.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Assist with care activities in accordance with individual care plans

  • Provide simple wound dressing and other basic care tasks
  • Assist with activities under supervision, promoting independence and well-being

**Requirements**

  • Previous experience as a Care Service Employee or similar role
  • Transferrable skills in providing care and compassion to others
  • Certificate III in Individual Support or equivalent
