Nurse Development Program

We are seeking an Enrolled Nurse to join our nursing team in a supportive clinical environment. The program includes 12 months of training and consolidation in residential aged care, with opportunities for ongoing employment.
- A structured 3-day orientation will be provided, as well as 8 study days throughout the year and ongoing educational support.
- Candidates will have opportunities to consolidate nursing theory and practice, supported by our Education team, clinical support nurses, nurse unit managers, and colleagues.
- Applicants must value diversity and inclusivity, particularly those from Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander backgrounds.
About You:
- You must be currently registered with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency.
- Recent clinical experience in an acute setting is essential.
- Familiarity with patient management systems is also required.
- A commitment to ongoing professional development is necessary.
- Strong interpersonal skills and team commitment are also essential.
- Proficiency in computer skills and patient management systems is expected.
