The Graduate Program is designed to support your development as a nursing professional, with a focus on clinical excellence, leadership, and teamwork. You will have the opportunity to gain diverse experience through rotations in various clinical settings, including medical, surgical, mental health, perioperative care, maternity, and critical care.
- Year 1: Explore Your Potential - Gain diverse experience through rotations in various clinical settings and discover your passions and build a strong foundation of clinical skills.
- Year 2: Focus Your Expertise - Tailor your development year to your chosen specialty, receiving dedicated mentoring and support to refine your skills and advance your career.
