Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced senior front-end engineer to join our software engineering team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining scalable, performant, and secure front-end applications.

Mandatory Skills
  • At least 8 years of professional experience in front-end development.
  • At least 4 years of experience in React, Redux, and Redux Saga.
  • At least 8 years of experience with NodeJS.
  • At least 2 years of experience running A/B and multivariate tests with Optimizely.
  • Strong proficiency working with virtualization libraries such as react-window to render large data sets.
  • Strong proficiency with TypeScript (at least 2 years) and modern JavaScript (ES6+).
  • Solid experience writing maintainable unit tests and working with testing frameworks.
  • Proven experience migrating front-end applications from legacy stacks to modern frameworks.
  • Background in working on large-scale front-end architectures, ideally in complex domains such as banking or fintech.
  • Strong understanding of web accessibility and best practices for inclusive design.
  • Experience diagnosing and fixing front-end performance issues in production environments.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and a collaborative, team-oriented mindset.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to mentor and influence others.
Key Responsibilities
  • Design, development, and maintenance of responsive, high-performance user interfaces using React and its ecosystem.
  • Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to translate requirements into elegant, user-friendly solutions.
  • Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code, adhering to industry best practices and internal coding standards.
  • Drive the adoption of scalable front-end architecture patterns and reusable component libraries.
  • Optimize applications for maximum speed, accessibility, and cross-browser compatibility.
  • Mentor and guide junior engineers.
  • Participate in system design discussions and influence technical direction and tooling choices.
  • Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines and automated testing strategies for front-end projects.
  • Stay current with emerging front-end technologies, frameworks, and trends, recommending improvements where beneficial.
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve complex UI and performance issues in production environments.
Requirements & Certifications
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent.
  • AWS Certified Solutions Architect - Associate.
  • Google Cloud Certified – Professional Cloud Architect.
  • Scrum Master Certification.
