We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Year 10 student to join our team as a School-based Trainee in HVAC-R at our Alexandria branch.
As a School-based Trainee, you will work towards a Certificate II in Supply Chain Operations while gaining hands-on experience in a real-world work environment.
Key responsibilities include:
- Embracing the Reece values and policies
- Providing excellent customer service
- Completing all requirements of the certificate
- Processing sales and managing stock
- Answering phone calls and taking messages
- Communicating with customers and staff
- Building product knowledge and providing follow-up to customers
- Contributing to maintaining a high standard of the branch
About You:
We are looking for someone with good written and verbal communication skills, the ability to follow instructions, and a willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
As a School-based Trainee, you will be required to work the equivalent of one and a half days per week, with Saturday availability a must. Additional hours during school holidays are available and recommended to assist in your progress.
